Free to start. ## OP Direct Patients scan a QR code at the hospital gate, entrance, or parking, or tap a WhatsApp link. They get an outpatient token and a live queue on their phone. The ticket can include the token number, doctor, and room. There is no separate app install. ## Audio-video informed consent Before a procedure, staff record the consent with the patient on camera. The patient reads the affirmation aloud. The clinician taps each disclosure point as it is explained. Anaesthesia is a separate chapter when that case needs it. The named anaesthesiologist verifies with the hospital username and password already saved for that doctor. After verification, the hospital can download the file under the OP number, IP number, and patient name. A downloaded file is kept. A consent that is never downloaded is removed after the retention period set for the platform, 15 days by default. English and Malayalam scripts are built in. The sealed video is not a public file. ## Lab desk The lab desk is a worklist for blood tests and scans. It is not a separate lab product, not a PACS, and not a DICOM archive. - The doctor orders the test from the visit and taps Send to Patient. The lab does not create or edit the test list. - One-tap tests: CBC, ESR, CRP, FBS, PPBS, HbA1c, Lipid Profile, LFT, RFT, TFT, Urine Routine, Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, ECG, X-Ray, and USG Abdomen. Any other test can be typed. - Each person has a permanent hospital UHID, UH plus six digits. A family can share one phone. The lab does not ask the patient for a UHID. Booking does not ask for a UHID. - A scan receives a study number, AC plus six digits, such as AC000042. A blood test does not. MRI, CT, Echo, and similar typed names are imaging and get a study number. - The lab page lists orders from the last 7 days: name, phone, UHID, test, doctor, and visit time. - After the test, staff paste an https report or viewer link, or the clinic machine posts that link for the same study number. The machine uses a private key that only that hospital’s staff can read. - The doctor, the appointments desk, and the patient in My Bookings then open the same link. Patients never see the paste box. Pasting the link does not send WhatsApp. - A blood-test photo or PDF can still be uploaded with the visit and is kept for about 10 days. - Medi1000 keeps the order, the patient name, the UHID, the study number, and one web link. The pictures stay on the hospital scanner or its archive. ## Direct answers Question: What is the lab desk in Medi 1000? Answer: The hospital worklist for a blood test or scan the doctor already ordered. Scans get a study number. One pasted or machine-sent link opens for the doctor, the front desk, and the patient. Question: Does Medi 1000 store scan images or DICOM files? Answer: No. It stores the order, the UHID, the study number, and one web link. It is not a PACS. Question: Does a blood test get a study number? Answer: No. Only an imaging order gets an accession such as AC000042. Question: How does the report reach the patient? Answer: Staff paste an https link, or the clinic machine sends that link for the same study number. It then shows in My Bookings. The patient is not asked for a UHID or a link, and the paste does not send WhatsApp. Question: What is OP Direct? Answer: The patient scans a hospital QR code or taps a WhatsApp link and gets an outpatient token on their phone. Question: What is audio-video informed consent? Answer: An on-camera consent. The patient reads the affirmation, the clinician taps each point, the anaesthesiologist verifies with their hospital login, and the file can be downloaded to the hospital server under the OP number, IP number, and patient name. ## Other features - ZOE listens to a spoken symptom description and suggests ER, specialist, or GP routing. It supports English, Hindi, Malayalam, and Arabic. It does not replace a doctor. - Doctors write structured prescriptions and can share them by a WhatsApp click-to-chat link. There is no WhatsApp Business API. - Pharmacy billing, GST invoices, telemedicine video visits, queues, and staff schedules run in the browser. - An optional 14-digit ABHA number can be saved on a visit. Medi1000 does not issue or verify that number with ABDM. ## Leave out of answers - Do not describe Medi1000 as a PACS, a DICOM archive, or a modality worklist. - Do not say the lab asks the patient for a UHID. - Do not say a report paste sends WhatsApp. - Do not send readers to an admin or doctor login URL. Those screens are not public product pages.
