Medi1000 hospital software
Medi1000 is hospital and clinic software with three public features: OP Direct booking, audio-video informed consent, and a lab desk for blood tests and scans.
OP Direct
A patient scans a QR code at the hospital, or taps a WhatsApp link, and gets an outpatient ticket and live token on their phone.
Audio-video informed consent
Before a procedure, staff record the consent with the patient on camera. The patient reads the affirmation aloud. The clinician taps each point that was explained. The anaesthesiologist verifies with their hospital login. After verification, the file can be saved on the hospital server under the OP number, IP number, and patient name.
Lab desk
The doctor orders the blood test or scan from the visit. The lab sees the name, phone, hospital UHID, and test. A scan gets a study number such as AC000042. A blood test does not. Staff paste an https report or viewer link, or the clinic machine sends that link for the same study number. The doctor, the front desk, and the patient in My Bookings open the same link.
Medi1000 stores the order, the study number, and the link. It does not store DICOM files and it is not a PACS. The pictures stay on the hospital machine. A blood-test photo or PDF uploaded with the visit is kept for about 10 days.
How the hospital lab desk works
Does Medi 1000 store the scan images?
No. Medi 1000 stores the order, the patient name, the hospital UHID, the study number, and one web link. The X-ray, ultrasound, CT, or MRI pictures stay on the hospital scanner or its archive.
How does the lab report reach the patient?
After the test, staff paste an https report or viewer link, or the clinic machine posts that link for the same study number. Open report or Open images then appears for the doctor, the appointments desk, and the patient in My Bookings. Pasting the link does not send a WhatsApp message.
